Peek-a-boo maternity and nursing collection offers designs for women from early pregnancy through nursing, with the ability for the mother to breastfeed without exposing herself. Their styles conceal tummy and back areas, while still allowing a woman to continue her daily activities with stylish clothes. Peek-a-boo garments also feature their signature duck illustration inside to give baby something to look at and provide the mother with a little reminder where she last fed from!
All the items are made with high quality, hand-picked materials that are designed to fit a woman’s changing body, ensuring comfort and style.
With my first two children, I really didn’t have luck with maternity clothes or nursing items. I don’t know if I wasn’t looking in the right places or what but nothing ever struck me as both stylish and comfortable. I also couldn’t afford maternity and nursing clothes, so I made due with what I had. While I didn’t nurse with them, I did pump and nursing tops definitely would have been handy! I had tried those nursing tank tops but they were tight and honestly I could never get them snapped right!
Peek-a-boo maternity and nursing collection offers so many great designs that I wish I could buy one of everything! Luckily I got the chance to check out the Cap Sleeve and I love it! First off it is made with the softest material ever and is so lightweight it is perfect for summertime or as layering in the cooler months. It is trendy and practical and I have been wearing it through my last trimester of pregnancy and will continue to wear it when I start nursing. What is nice is the you just lift the top layer to nurse, and then just pull it back down – nothing is exposed! While this shirt has become my favorite top to wear, it is a little more than I’d like to pay ($65 after a discount) otherwise it is perfect! The shirt is high quality though and when I look at some of the shirts I bought for around $30, some have fallen apart or just not washed well. It is recommended too to wash their garments inside out, which I usually do anyways.
