I am at the stage where I look like I had a really big lunch, and not like I am pregnant. Maybe my green complexion might give away the fact that food is not my friend right now.
Nausea for most of the day (why is this called "morning sickness"??) is something I forget pretty fast once I reach the second half of my pregnancy but is a really big thrill kill for the first 4.5 months – that's about 130 days!!
Here are two simple miracles that help me when all else fails:
* Cold Sparkling Water – works wonders and keeps you hydrated
* Popsicles – Especially in summer when you need something sweet, but don't want anything with a smell
